Cute Faces

Even if I had all the elctronic storage in the world, I would fill it all with pictures of these faces.
 

Baby vs. Kitty

Animals seem to have a natural tolerance of babies. Pisco, the kitty, has a loving streak that runs a mile deep. But...he can play rough sometimes. He is surprisingly accepting of the girls, although obviously jealous. The girls haven't really learned how to pet. They just grab fistfuls of hair and pull as hard as they can. It's all good.

 
 
 

Hats

Hats elicit different responses from the girls. Isabella usually pulls the hat off as quickly as she can. Alex doesn't seem to mind, and if it garners her more attention she'll keep it on--even if it's just some of the laundry.

 
 
 

Shoes

The girls aren't walking yet so they don't have a need for shoes. But we have a pile of them from various hand-me-down sources. We sought to dicover their reaction. Their daddy doesn't like shoes, so he didn't force the issue. ;-)

It looks like they were a hit! Ummmm...but not on their feet.

 
 
 

 

Long Hot Summer

Man, it's been hot lately. The girls are spending a lot of time in their pool. I wish we could just let them run around naked in the backyard to keep cool. I guess the problem with that is that they can't run.

They say "no" is one of the first words learned. Alex can't say it, but we've been working on sign language lately...
